What to do:
1) Begin by taking a feel slow deep breaths and reconnect to any inspirations or messages from the Earth Goddess meditation. Allow these deeper breaths to help you center.
2) Begin to ground yourself down, send your energetic roots down through the soil and tune into what you find there. Rocks, other roots, soft soul, clay, water, crystals.
3) Tune into the elemental spirits of the Gnomes, notice them near tree roots and subtle within the earth around where you are. With a gesture of respect invite them to join you in reconnecting with the Element Earth... Notice what they do, the energies they bring with them, Gnomes are often funny, intense and relaxed.
4) Gather the other items you've collected and hold each in your hands individually, sensing its connection to the elements already within them. Take your time with this act you are activating your altar or "sacred space".. Place each item you've gathered in it unique place. Trust your inner guidance.
5) Connect to the earth you have gathered from outside. See it infused with all the energies of our sacred space. Earth, just like water carries energy and information. Allow and envision this earth absorbing the energy from your sacred honoring altar/space.
5) Send your energy down into mother earth and invite her to join you in ceremony, feel her rise up to greet you. To be overjoyed at your arrangement and honoring of all the things that archer children, sacred to her. Spend the next bit of time communing with her. Let her know what's left.. what you still feel heavy about... what you still know is oh-so-important for you.. Talk to her and wait to hear her response. She will respond.
6) From your conversation create a credo of sorts, a mission statement of who you are and what you want to create. Be bold, be strong, be supported by Goddess Gaia. Write your credo down with pen and paper.
7) When you are done, fold it up in squares or triangles. You choose, both are powerfully sacred. Once you folded you mission statement up. Head outside with a bit of the consecrated dirt from your altar. Dig down a few inches and bury/place/release your mission statement into the earth. Just as you are finished add some of the dirt from your altar. Keep this dirt and use it where you need to release to the earth or infuse new earth energy.
