What to do:
1) Begin by lighting your candle or candles. Imagine as you are lighting the candle(s) that you are creating food and fuel for fire spirits, and inviting Goddesses Pele and Kali to join you .If you have several candles be sure to decide which one is the focal point or main candle.
2) Next connect with any other times you have gathered, plants, stones, images. Hold the stones in your hands, connect with the images and plants. Taking time to merge your energy with the energy and consciousness of each item. Allow this process to center you and fill you with confidence and assurance that you are capable of transformation: release and renewal.
3) Focus on the flame of the candle and reconnect to any inspirations or messages from the Fire Goddess meditation. Commune with the Goddesses Pele and Kali about anything that you are within to transform in your life; to release so as to renew.
4) Sit for a bit longer in silence allowing the Goddesses to speak with you about your transformation.
5) Next grab your pen and paper and write down anything that comes to mind that you are ready to release after this communication with the Goddesses. You can tear the paper into pieces and write each theme down separately.
6) Grab your bowl of water and candle, and summon the elemental spirit of the Salamander and Archangel Michael. Feel them arrive to your side. When you are ready, take each piece of paper and light it on fire with the flame of your main candle. Careful not to let the flame get to close to your fingers toss the flaming paper into your bowl of water. Imagining as you are going this that not only are you feeding Goddess Kali the aspects you are ready to release but also that Pele is willing to consume your densities, as well as the Salamander. Do this for each theme/piece of paper. Taking time to pause and feel the dense/heavy energy released from your field.
7) When you are done, send gratitude and love to the Goddesses, Archangel Michael, the Salamander. Snuff out the candle(s). Making sure the water with ashes and paper are cool. Pour them into the earth around your home.
